Mission

My mission, should you choose to accept me as your REALTOR, will be your mission. Whether you are selling your current abode or looking for a new place to hang your hat, I will be your advocate throughout the entire process. Think of me as part matchmaker, part tour guide, part coach:

01.

MATCHMAKER

We will work together to identify the best property matches for your personality, preferences, and needs.

02.

TOUR GUIDE

I will guide you on the journey that is buying or selling. I can’t promise it will be as entertaining a ride as the Jungle Cruise…but I try.

03.

COACH

I will strategize, create a customized plan, and iterate on that plan throughout the buying or selling process, advising you along the way and advocating for your best interests. Always.

Los Alamos

The Atomic City

why live in Los Alamos?

The town was founded in 1943 as part of the Manhattan Project, a secret government project to develop the first atomic bomb. Los Alamos was chosen as the site for the project due to its remote location and favorable climate, which were seen as ideal for conducting top-secret research. Here are some reasons current residents love living in Los Alamos:

  1. Job Opportunities: The town is home to the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), one of the largest employers in the state. The laboratory conducts important research in the fields of national security, energy, and environmental science, and offers many job opportunities.

  2. High Quality of Life: Los Alamos consistently ranks as one of the best places to live in the United States, thanks to its low crime rate, good schools, and high standard of living. Its well-maintained trail system, modern library, Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, and quaint downtown are just a few of the town’s boast-worthy features.

  3. Education: Los Alamos is known for its excellent schools, including Los Alamos High School, which consistently ranks among the top high schools in the country. The town is also home to the University of New Mexico - Los Alamos, which offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs.

  4. Outdoor Activities: Los Alamos is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and offers many opportunities for outdoor recreation, including hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. The town is also home to several parks and nature preserves. It’s no wonder that Los Alamos County has been consistently ranked the No. 1 Healthiest Community in the U.S.!

  5. Cultural Activities: Despite its small size, Los Alamos has a vibrant arts community and hosts many cultural events throughout the year, including concerts, theater productions, and art shows.
